Facial plastic surgery

Bringing back a familiar face.

Time takes its toll, and nowhere is it more evident than on the face. The crows-feet, lines, puffy eyes and droopy chin are all signs of aging that can affect self-esteem and quality of life. And all are correctable through facial plastic surgery.

The decision to have plastic surgery is a major one, not to be taken lightly. The single most important factor in a natural-looking and beautiful outcome is the surgeon you choose. We are proud of the credentials of our double board-certified plastic surgeon, who is the recipient of multiple honors, awards, and degrees from the most prestigious organizations in medicine.

Traditional Facelift

Gone are the days of the stretched, "trapped in a wind tunnel" look that was the telltale sign of a facelift. Today's sophisticated techniques involve a combination of skin tightening and restoring and rearranging the underlying structure of the face muscles, fat and connective tissue—so that your facelift lasts longer and looks more natural. Facelift surgery turns back the clock. It firms up muscles, smoothes and tightens skin and restores the contour of your face. So you look like you, only years younger.

Endoscopic Mid Facelift

Endoscopic mid facelift surgery is highly focused and less invasive than a full facelift, yet can deliver dramatic improvements if your neck and chin do not require lifting. Unlike a full facelift, an endoscopic mid facelift requires only tiny, discreetly placed incisions. The result is a virtually scar-free procedure that restores a more youthful look to your lower eyelids and cheeks.

Lipostructure®

A pioneering new process in which fat from one area of your body is used to build lasting structural changes in another— using your own natural, living filler. Lipostructure can restore proportion and contour to your face, not only creating dramatic improvements in your looks, but reversing the hollow, sagging signs of aging.

Facial Liposuction

A procedure that can make a dramatic change in the way you look. By removing the excess fat from your cheeks, chin and neck, facial liposuction can eliminate double chins and jowls and restore a youthful contour to your face.

Facial Implants

Implants are utilized to enhance facial contours and provide balance to your face and features. They can be used to fill out sunken areas, reshape your nose, strengthen your jaw line and enhance your cheekbones, as well as to provide many other attractive benefits.

Eyes (Blepharoplasty)

Blepharoplasty, surgery of the upper or lower eyelid, can be both cosmetic and functional, involving removal of excess tissue that may overhang the eyelashes causing a loss of peripheral vision. It can also reduce excess skin beneath the eyes and eliminate puffy eyelids.

Lips (Lip Augmentation)

Lip augmentation creates fuller, plumper lips and reduces fine wrinkles around the mouth. Lips may be injected with fillers or fat transferred from another site in your body. Other options, which are longer lasting, include implantable materials.

Nose (Rhinoplasty)

Rhinoplasty procedures range from the restructuring of outer features, like reducing or increasing size, to reshaping the tip or nostrils, to correcting structural defects that may affect your breathing. It may also be used to correct trauma.

Ears (Otoplasty)

While not technically on your face, protruding ears can detract from an otherwise balanced look. Common procedures include bringing your ears closer to your head, or pinning, and reshaping the cartilage that makes up your ear structure to increase or decrease the size of your ears.

Injectables

There are a variety of options to help rejuvenate the skin, either by relaxing muscles to diminish wrinkles or to fill in creases and add volume to sagging skin.

Perma Lip

Perma Lip is made of a soft, solid silicone elastomer using an injection molding process to produce a naturally contoured implant with a smooth, non-porous surface that cannot rupture or deflate. Perma Lip is available in a variety of sizes to achieve custom results.

Skin Cancer Reconstruction

Skin cancer is a very common malignant tumor. It typically is the result of cumulative and excessive exposure to sunlight as well as a history of multiple sunburns. Fair skin, light eyed individuals are most at risk. There are a multitude of treatment options available to deal with these skin tumors. These options depend on the size and location of the tumor. Complete removal of the tumor may involve creation of a substantial defect that could require reconstructive surgery to achieve the best cosmetic result. The best method for reconstruction is determined on an individual basis after the size of the defect has been defined. It is our goal to hide scars in natural wrinkles and respect the boundaries of the aesthetic facial subunits in order to camouflage the scar as much as possible. It is important to note that a scar will be present at the site of the removal, although every attempt is made to keep it as minimal as possible. Occasionally, two or more surgeries may be necessary to get the best cosmetic outcome. Ancillary procedures such as dermabrasion, laser resurfacing, tissue expansion and scar revision can be utilized to achieve the most aesthetically pleasing results.
